Shipping Policy

Zocto is primarily a digital publication. Most products and subscriptions are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. This policy applies to occasional physical items such as print editions, event materials, or branded merchandise.

Digital deliveries

Digital subscriptions, newsletters, and downloads are delivered to your registered email or account immediately on purchase. No shipping charges apply.

Physical deliveries

• Processing time: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
• Domestic (India): Delivery within 5–10 business days via standard courier.
• International: Delivery within 10–21 business days, subject to customs.
• Shipping charges: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Delays & lost shipments

For delayed or lost shipments, contact support@zocto.in with your order ID. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
