The goal is to provide clinicians with tools for earlier and more equitable cancer care, particularly in resource-limited settings.

The review underscores the significance of the BRICS nations, which represent over 40% of the global population and face approximately 9 million new cancer cases annually. It also points out disparities in cancer patterns and access to necessary care among these countries.

Future Prospects and Challenges

iOncology.ai is currently in the pilot-stage of clinical validation and implementation evaluation. While it holds promise, the platform has yet to undergo comprehensive clinical validation, and its diagnostic accuracy and clinical utility need further peer-reviewed evidence. Prospective multicenter validation is essential before it can be widely adopted in clinical settings.
