Zocto: What does your daily health or fitness routine look like?
Ambika: I usually start my day with either hitting the gym or doing a home workout for 30 to 45 minutes. It helps me begin my day with energy and structure.

Zocto: How do you manage stress or maintain mental clarity?
Ambika: I usually jot down my thoughts in a journal. Writing helps me reflect, decompress, and make sense of things. I also try to engage in activities I love and feel confident doing—it boosts both my clarity and mood.

Zocto: Any wellness habits you swear by as a leader?
Ambika: Saying no to things without guilt. It’s allowed me to protect my time and mental space, which has directly contributed to more creative and focused work.

Zocto: How does your organization support employee well-being?

Zocto: What’s one shift you’ve personally made when it comes to health?
Ambika: I’ve let go of the belief that working long hours equals being productive. I now prioritize my health and consciously aim for a balanced rhythm between my work and personal responsibilities.

Zocto: One health or wellness tip you’d share with fellow professionals?
Ambika: Health is wealth. Prioritize your well-being and make it a habit to take breaks. In the long run, it enhances both your performance and peace of mind.
