Once an article or content submission has been approved by the customer, it is considered final.

No cancellations or refunds will be permitted after approval, as editorial, design, and publication processes are initiated immediately.
2. Digital Products (Certificates, Trainings, Workshops, etc.)

For digital offerings such as certificates, training programs, online workshops, and similar services:

Customers are provided a 24-hour window for review and confirmation of the order.

After confirmation from the customer (via email, message, or platform acknowledgment), the order is processed.

No refunds or cancellations will be entertained once the customer has confirmed the order.

Every order receives a 24-hour confirmation period before processing begins.

If no confirmation is received within 24 hours, the order will be automatically considered confirmed and processed.
4. Exceptions & Support

All such cases will be reviewed internally and refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of the Zocto.in team.

We advise all customers to review their order details thoroughly before confirming. Since most of our offerings involve customized digital content and time-sensitive services, refunds after processing are not feasible.
