Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Zocto.in, we are committed to delivering quality content and services to our users. Please review our cancellation and refund terms carefully before placing an order.


1. Articles & Publications

  • Once an article or content submission has been approved by the customer, it is considered final.

  • No cancellations or refunds will be permitted after approval, as editorial, design, and publication processes are initiated immediately.


2. Digital Products (Certificates, Trainings, Workshops, etc.)

  • For digital offerings such as certificates, training programs, online workshops, and similar services:

    • Customers are provided a 24-hour window for review and confirmation of the order.

    • After confirmation from the customer (via email, message, or platform acknowledgment), the order is processed.

    • No refunds or cancellations will be entertained once the customer has confirmed the order.


3. Confirmation Window

  • Every order receives a 24-hour confirmation period before processing begins.

  • During this window, customers may:

    • Request modifications

    • Cancel the order and request a refund (only applicable before confirmation)

  • If no confirmation is received within 24 hours, the order will be automatically considered confirmed and processed.


4. Exceptions & Support

  • In exceptional cases (such as duplicate payments or technical errors), customers may write to support@zocto.in with relevant details.

  • All such cases will be reviewed internally and refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of the Zocto.in team.


Note:

We advise all customers to review their order details thoroughly before confirming. Since most of our offerings involve customized digital content and time-sensitive services, refunds after processing are not feasible.
